Event Safety

Event Safety

Your safety is our number one priority and we have been working hard on implementing safety and sanitary protocols to ensure the event is safe for you to meet and do business again.

These enhanced safety measures are based on key cornerstones to provide you with assurance and confidence the events will run in a safe environment:

Cleaning & Hygiene

Physical Distancing

Protection & Detection

With safety, sanitary and social-distancing measures in place we continue to liaise with the Government, the NEC and the Association of Event Organisers, who have the most up-to-date information regarding the prevention and spread of COVID-19 and will follow all guidance set out by them.

We have raised our already high standards of hygiene and developed new health and safety protocols to meet the challenges presented by COVID-19. The health and safety of our staff, exhibitors and visitors is of paramount importance and will not be compromised.

The safety of our Exhibitors, Visitors and Event Staff is our main priority at this time. In order to ensure safe working practices, a cross association working group have developed an industry-wide 'All Secure Standard,' which Roar B2B Ltd will implement at their events.

In association with the AEO (Association of Event Organisers,) ESSA (Event Suppliers and Services Association,) and AEV (Association of Event Venues,) it includes a robust plan of measures developed to allow organised industry gatherings take place safely.

With the UK government announcing the re-opening of events and relaxing current restrictions, these enhanced measures will provide assurance and confidence that make health and safety the number one priority.

The All Secure Standards are made up for four key cornerstones to ensure we protect our visitors, exhibitors, and colleagues, whilst making events high-quality and productive experiences though:

Each of these cornerstones provide organisers a best-practice risk assessed based guide and outline measures to consider or are mandated as a minimum standard.

Rest assured that associations, venues, suppliers, contractors, health bodies, government and local authorities have been working tirelessly to build this framework that is constantly under review using the latest updates in measures and regulations recommended by government.
